Berry and banana smoothie with cinnamon
So the last couple of weeks I've been getting more into eating healthy and knowing more about nutrition and trying to feed my body properly. I've just never really committed to it fully, I would just eat a healthy meal a couple of times a week, but I wouldn't stick to it. Plus on holiday it isn't the easiest thing to stay away from pizza's and ice creams and all that good stuff.
So as of tomorrow I'm going to try and stick to a whole week of healthy eating and exercising and see how I feel and what it does for my body and if the results are there I'll try and make it a life change. Sticking to the 80/20 rule, of course. I have been having smoothies quite regularly already this week, as I just really love them and it's an easy way to get in your fruit. I've already noticed some difference in my skin and energy levels. I haven't had a breakout in a long time and I feel more energised when I get up in the mornings, so I'm very excited to see what more goodness will come.
Do any of you try and eat healthily?
